Since I took office in the spring of 2016, my vision for Hazlehurst has been to move our city forward through growth in industry, tourism, and retail. We have so much to show off in Hazlehurst, among other places our verdant golf course, our state-of-the-art airport terminal and runway, our historic neighborhoods each filled with beautiful homes and unique personalities, and our municipal parks where families and friends often gather to picnic, walk, or just enjoy the day.

Hazlehurst has so many fantastic locally-owned bistros, restaurants, and boutiques, as well as two museums – the Hazlehurst-Jeff Davis Historical Society Museum in downtown and the Towns Bluff Park Museum on the banks of the picturesque Altamaha River – that showcase our history and tell our story from its earliest beginnings until today.
